Crash Guide Partner Network
The crash was on the way to work, and nobody told them that mattered
A great many road injuries are also work injuries, and the person almost never knows it. Someone rear-ended on the commute in New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia or the ACT may have a workers compensation claim running alongside the CTP one, with no fault to prove and weekly payments that start far sooner. They think they had a car accident. We ask the question that tells them otherwise.

How advertising works
Crash Guide sells advertising and audience access. Placements are priced by category, geography and share of voice, and campaigns are reported monthly.
Where a consumer asks to be connected with a provider, that request is routed under rules an administrator configures — coverage, capacity, weighting and response time — never by who paid most that week.
Geographic targeting
Coverage is set per partner: national, by state, by postcode, or by postcode range. A local operator is preferred over a national one for the same territory, so buying nationally does not crowd out local partners.
Commercial arrangement
Monthly advertising for a territory, at a fixed fee. One enquiry or a hundred, the price does not move — you are buying the placement, not the people.
How this category works
Crash Guide never passes a person’s details to a firm in this category, in any state. Queensland sets the floor and it is strict: WCRA 2003 s 325E defines a claim to include an application for compensation, so the claim-farming offences reach a statutory benefits claim and not only a damages claim, and s 325S(1) catches a fixed monthly fee as readily as a per-lead one. What s 325Q(2) does permit is promotion made to the public or to a group — which is exactly what a listing is. So the person is shown who advertises in their area and makes the approach themselves. New South Wales is actually the looser of the two here, because the Claim Farming Practices Prohibition Act 2025 carries workers compensation out at s 4, but we hold the same line nationally rather than run one product two ways.
Founding Partner Programme
Come in before the audience is built
Crash Guide is pre-launch. Founding partners in workers compensation get preferential launch pricing, early category positioning and rate protection, subject to agreement.
We will not quote you traffic that does not exist yet. What we will show you is the product, the coverage model and how a campaign is measured.
