Crash Guide

Crash Guide Partner Network

Is this repair actually safe?

Somebody gets their car back, something is not right, and there is nowhere in the country to get an honest answer. An insurer has to rectify a defective repair — but a defect has to be established, and establishing one is what an independent assessor does.

Who you reach

  • Owners whose repaired vehicle does not drive, sit or close the way it did
  • People told by a repairer that a fault is unrelated to the accident
  • Owners of a repaired write-off who do not know what they are looking at
  • Anybody in a dispute with an insurer about the standard of a repair

How advertising works

Crash Guide sells advertising and audience access. Placements are priced by category, geography and share of voice, and campaigns are reported monthly.

Where a consumer asks to be connected with a provider, that request is routed under rules an administrator configures — coverage, capacity, weighting and response time — never by who paid most that week.

Geographic targeting

Coverage is set per partner: national, by state, by postcode, or by postcode range. A local operator is preferred over a national one for the same territory, so buying nationally does not crowd out local partners.

Commercial arrangement

A fixed monthly fee for a territory. This is a category the advertising largely creates, because the person does not yet know an independent inspection is a thing they can ask for.

Compliance and how we handle this category

Open to qualified motor vehicle assessors. A listing here is independent of any repairer or insurer by definition, and a business holding a repair panel contract is not accepted in this category.

Founding Partner Programme

Come in before the audience is built

Crash Guide is pre-launch. Founding partners in independent repair inspection get preferential launch pricing, early category positioning and rate protection, subject to agreement.

We will not quote you traffic that does not exist yet. What we will show you is the product, the coverage model and how a campaign is measured.
