Crash Guide Partner Network

When the problem is not the injury but what it stops them doing

A person who cannot get up their own steps, hold a steering wheel, or manage a shift has a functional problem, and the scheme they are in will usually fund an assessment of it. They are rarely told that by anybody.

How advertising works

Crash Guide sells advertising and audience access. Placements are priced by category, geography and share of voice, and campaigns are reported monthly.

Where a consumer asks to be connected with a provider, that request is routed under rules an administrator configures — coverage, capacity, weighting and response time — never by who paid most that week.

Geographic targeting

Coverage is set per partner: national, by state, by postcode, or by postcode range. A local operator is preferred over a national one for the same territory, so buying nationally does not crowd out local partners.

Commercial arrangement

Monthly advertising for a territory, at a fixed fee, independent of how many people contact you.

Compliance and how we handle this category

In Queensland and New South Wales, Crash Guide does not pass a person’s details to a health provider: the claim-farming legislation in both states reaches referrals to health services, and Queensland names a medical service in the statute as an example. People in those states are shown who advertises in their area and contact you themselves. Advertising is honest and comparative claims are not made — no rankings, no “best”, no manufactured urgency.

Founding Partner Programme

Come in before the audience is built

Crash Guide is pre-launch. Founding partners in occupational therapy get preferential launch pricing, early category positioning and rate protection, subject to agreement.

We will not quote you traffic that does not exist yet. What we will show you is the product, the coverage model and how a campaign is measured.
