Crash Guide

Crash Guide Partner Network

The person most likely to lose an entitlement is the one who cannot read the letter

Every part of this system runs on written English under a deadline: insurer letters, scheme forms, medical appointments, police statements. Somebody whose English is limited misses dates, agrees to things they did not follow, and gives up earliest — and interpreting is usually funded.

Who you reach

  • People whose first language is not English navigating a claim
  • Families where one member is interpreting for another and is out of their depth
  • People attending medical assessments where accuracy decides an outcome
  • Anybody who has been sent a scheme form they cannot read

How advertising works

Crash Guide sells advertising and audience access. Placements are priced by category, geography and share of voice, and campaigns are reported monthly.

Where a consumer asks to be connected with a provider, that request is routed under rules an administrator configures — coverage, capacity, weighting and response time — never by who paid most that week.

Geographic targeting

Coverage is set per partner: national, by state, by postcode, or by postcode range. A local operator is preferred over a national one for the same territory, so buying nationally does not crowd out local partners.

Commercial arrangement

A fixed monthly fee for a territory, listed by language. Rarer languages are priced lower because the volume is genuinely smaller, not because the work matters less.

Founding Partner Programme

Come in before the audience is built

Crash Guide is pre-launch. Founding partners in interpreting get preferential launch pricing, early category positioning and rate protection, subject to agreement.

We will not quote you traffic that does not exist yet. What we will show you is the product, the coverage model and how a campaign is measured.
