Crash Guide Partner Network
The category we decided not to sell hard
Around twelve hundred people die on Australian roads each year and their families need a funeral director within days. That is a real need and we will help people find one. It is not a market we intend to compete for aggressively, and the pricing model reflects that rather than contradicting it.

How advertising works
Crash Guide sells advertising and audience access. Placements are priced by category, geography and share of voice, and campaigns are reported monthly.
Where a consumer asks to be connected with a provider, that request is routed under rules an administrator configures — coverage, capacity, weighting and response time — never by who paid most that week.
Geographic targeting
Coverage is set per partner: national, by state, by postcode, or by postcode range. A local operator is preferred over a national one for the same territory, so buying nationally does not crowd out local partners.
Commercial arrangement
A fixed monthly listing fee, priced lower than any other category here. Our own model currently says a territory in this category does not cover what it costs us to service, which is a result we have left standing rather than repriced.
Compliance and how we handle this category
Crash Guide will not promote funeral services to somebody who has not asked, will not place this category alongside injury advertising, and does not claim to expand this market in any commercial material — the need exists regardless of anything we do.
Founding Partner Programme
Come in before the audience is built
Crash Guide is pre-launch. Founding partners in funeral services get preferential launch pricing, early category positioning and rate protection, subject to agreement.
We will not quote you traffic that does not exist yet. What we will show you is the product, the coverage model and how a campaign is measured.
