Cannot see yours, or not sure who you are with?
Check your bank statement for the direct debit — the name on it is the insurer, and it is frequently not the name you remember buying from.
Many policies sold under a shop or bank brand are underwritten by somebody else. Ring the brand on your certificate; they will put you through.
If you bought through a broker, ring the broker rather than the insurer. Lodging the claim is what you pay them for and they will do it faster.
